"Anarhistul se afla într-o stare de legitimă apărare împotriva societății. De abia este născut și deja este zdrobit sub greutatea legilor, care sunt făcute nu de el, nici pentru el, fără el, împotriva lui.”

În continuare, ni se spune că economia este în criză. N-ar trebui totuși ca economia să existe pentru a fi în criză? În continuare, ni se spune că Statul trece printr-o reformă administrativă ce va produce, cât de curând, bare de salam pentru fiecare familie. Dar ce presupune această reformă administrativă? Concedierea a mii de funcționari publici care aveau salarii de mizerie, care trăiau cu câteva milioane pe lună, pentru a salva locurile unor nepoți, cumnate, fii, gineri, amante care să trăiască cu câteva zeci de mii de euro pe lună?

În continuare, ni se spune să mergem la vot! Ni se spune că votul nostru contează, că aduce schimbare, că vom trăi bine, că vom avea bani de suc sâmbătă seara și de bilet luni dimineața, că multe lucruri minunate ni se vor întâmpla dacă vom vota. Dar de ce nu ni se spune că votul altora contează de 5 ori mai mult? De ce nu ni se spune că a vota înseamnă a semna un cec în alb, a institui corupția, a îmbogați un bogat, a ghiftui un bughez? Dacă tu ai candida mâine, ai fi votat de actualii candidați? Ar avea ei încredere în tine? Atunci de ce te duci să votezi niște oameni care nu au încredere în tine, niște oameni pe care nu-i respecți și care nu te respectă? Sau încă nu ți-a ajuns ultima paradă electorală: vodkă la pet, parlamentarism de tip maxi-taxi, Iisus în secția de votare – transformă votul în nevot și invers -, Lakshmi în secția de votare – zeița indiana cu 4 mâini, deci un votant cu 4 voturi -! Am vrea sex în secția de votare și pârtie de ski, dacă se poate!

În continuare, suntem luați de fraieri! Tu nu ești nimic altceva decât fraierul care îi acordă un vot, pentru a-i asigura locul de muncă în următorii 5 ani! Nimeni nu candidează pentru a se îngriji de tine, toți candidează pentru a se îngriji de ei.

Dar prea v-ați obișnuit cu show-ul democratic! Democrația e o telenovelă, o piesă proastă de pe MTV, o glumă seacă a la Băse, o pană de curent, un gând infantil că fiecare are drepturi și libertăți și că nimeni n-are privilegii! Democrația, sub forma sa parlamentaristă, nu este dictatura majorității, ci, ca orice altă dictatură, este dictatura unei minorități bine păzite asupra majorității! Logica de fier a unora ar putea să-i ducă la concluzia că am vrea să ne întoarcem la comunism sau că am vrea să murim cu tricolorul în mână pentru o Românie a românilor, în care, cel mai puternic dintre păpușari să conducă țara cum știe, fără să se încurce cu Parlamentul și alte asemenea. Logica elementară însă, ar trebui să-i conducă pe toți la concluzia că noi vrem să ne organizăm liber, descentralizat, autonom. Autogestiune prin consens!

Dar vai! Anarhia! Haosul! Violența! Nu, nu despre asta vorbim! De ce vă este frică de anarhiști într-un asemenea hal, încât nu de puține ori atinge penibilul? Anarhia nu este o ideologie politică, relaxați-vă! Este un mod de viață, care îi include doar pe cei care aleg să trăiască așa, care aleg să respingă societatea de spectacol, ipocrită, consumeristă, discriminatoare, superficială, amenințătoare și în același timp promițătoare.

Anarhia nu este un ideal pe care vrem să-l atingem până la noapte. Anarhia nici măcar nu te va include pe tine, dacă ți-e într-atât de frică. Anarhia nu este războiul tuturor împotriva tuturor, Guvernul da!

N-ar fi mai curând justificată o frică față de politicieni? Cu ce v-au greșit anarhiștii până acum? Cu nimic. Cu ce v-au greșit politicienii până acum? Cu destule. Cine sărbătorește ziua națională cu tancul? Guvernul! Cine face război în Afghanistan, Irak, Palestina? Guvernul! Cine te jefuiește sistematic prin taxe și impozite, prin neplata pensiilor și salariilor? Guvernul! De cine ți-e ție frică? De anarhiști. Incredibil!

Ei acționează violent, spui tu, iar ție acest lucru nu îți place. Pițipoancele și cocalarii din Parlament, nu sunt ei violenți? Hainele lor, mașinile lor, casele lor, vacanțele lor, în comparație cu viața ta mizerabilă, nu sunt o formă de violență? Sau tu numești violență doar aruncatul unei pietre și mâzgâlitul unui perete; foamea, boala, șomajul, închisoarea, războiul, criza – create și întreținute de guvernământ – nefiind forme de violență ci doar “întâmplări inevitabile”, “rele necesare”. Cine sunt cei violenți? Cei care se apără sau cei care atacă? Dacă guvernanții decid să atace pentru a-și menține statutul social, financiar, ba mai mult, pentru a-l spori, și decid să atace violent, cum se va apăra atunci anarhistul? Anarhistul nu este creștin, este ateu, nu-i va întoarce obrazul ci îi va întoarce palma!

Lumea nu este mirată de faptul că anarhiștii distrug bănci și mașini, ci de faptul că aceștia nu au autorizație pentru a face așa ceva! Dacă Statul confiscă o mașină, din anumite motive, atunci nu e nimic grav - totul se petrece în cadrul legal, autorizat.

Dar dacă anarhistul distruge o mașină, deci o "confiscă temporar", din alte anumite motive, atunci este un act terorist.

În ambele cazuri, o persoană este lipsită de mașina sa, dar în doar unele din cazuri cel care distruge mașina are autorizație pentru a face acest lucru. Statul acționează în baza unei abstracțiuni - a legii - care își dovedește zi de zi incapabilitatea de a oferi bunăstare tuturor celor care i se supun, în timp ce, anarhiștii acționează în baza propriului curaj, fără a supune pe nimeni, fără a se supune nimănui și fără a avea pretenția că pot oferi bunăstare tuturor. Cu siguranță, anarhiștii nu vor distruge niciodată proprietatea privată a omului de rând, ci doar proprietatea capitalistă, ostentativ capitalistă, exploatatoare.

Cântați în continuare “Deșteaptă-te române” căci cântați “bine”! De 20 de ani cântați “Deșteaptă-te române” și nu s-a deșteptat nimeni, dar nici nu și-a dat nimeni seama că nu în “Deșteaptă-te române” e soluția, ci în el însuși, în acțiunea sa directă, în refuzul intervenției Statului în viața privată prin intervenția privată în viața Statului. Mulți sunt loviți acum de un val de anticomunism și de patriotism, fără să-și dea seama că înlocuiesc un rău cu un alt rău. “Jos Comunismul” au strigat unii zilele trecute! Și sus ce? Democrația nu, că am văzut că nu există. Economia de junglă, cunoscută și sub numele de Capitalism, este deja sus. Deci ce punem în locul Comunismului? Naționalismul, Fascismul? Xenofobia? Ura rasială? Anti-maghiarismul? Anti-țiganismul? Antisemitismul? Sexismul? Homofobia? Legionarismul? Dacă da, atunci nu vă întoarceți cu 20 de ani în urmă ci cu aproape un secol, sau chiar mai mult! Dar anarhia? Anarhia nu se pune sus, se trăiește!

În speranţa că acţiunea de distribuire a acestui comunicat nu va fi înnăbuşită de către statul miliţienesc în care trăim, alte manifeste vor fi distribuite în curând.

“The Anarchist is in a state of self defence against society. He is barely born and is already squashed under the burden of laws, which are made not by him, nor for him, but against him.”

We are once again told that the economy is in crisis. However, shouldn’t an economy exist before it can be in crisis? Again we are told that the State is going through an administrative reform that will produce, as soon as possible, salami bars for every family. But what does this administrative reform imply? Firing thousands of public workers that were paid with crappy wages, that lives with very few money each month, in order to save the places of some nephews, cousin-in-law’s, sons, daughters, mistresses that live with a couple of tens of thousands of euros a month?

Again, we are told we should go and vote! We are told that our vote matters, that it brings about change, that we will live better, that we will have money for some soda on Saturday night and for a bus ticket on Monday morning, that lots of wonderful things will happen to us if we vote. But why aren’t we told that the vote of others matters 5 times more then ours? Why aren’t we told that to vote means to sign a white check, to set up corruption, to empower a rich person, to feed a bourgeois? If you were to be up for elections tomorrow, would you be voted by the current candidates? Would they trust you? Then why do you go and vote some people that don’t trust you, some people for whom you have no respect and who have no respect for you? Or you still didn’t have enough of the election campaing circus: vodka in plastic bottles, minibus parliamentarism, Jesus in the polling station – turning the vote into un-vote and vice-versa -, Lakshmi in the polling station – the goddess with 4 hands, meaning a person with 4 votes! We would like to see sex in the polling station, and a ski slope, if possible!

Again, we are taken as fools! You are nothing but the fool that gives him a vote, to ensure his working place for the next 5 years! No one tries for the elections in order to take care of you, they all try to be president in order to take care of themselves.

But you are already to accostomed to the democratic show! Democracy is a soap opera, a bad tune from MTV, a bad joke of Base (the current president of Romania, big “joker” guy), a black out, a childish dream according to which everyone has rights and freedoms and no one has privileges! Democracy, in its parliamentarism form, is not the dictatorship of the majority, but, like any other dictatorship, is the dictatorship of a minority, very well guarded, over the majority! The Iron logic of some, could take them to the conclusion that we might want to go back to communism or that we might want to die with the national flag in our hands, for a Romania of romanians, in which, the most powerful puppeteer runs the country according to his own agenda, without any interference from the Parliament or other institutions of the like. Elementary logic however, should lead everyone to the conclusion that we want to organize freely, decentralized, autonomous. Self-management through consensus!

But oh! Anarchy! Chaos! Violence! No, this is not what we are talking about! Why are you afraid of anarchists to such a degree that most of the time it’s completely embarassing? Relax, anarchy is not a political ideology! It is a way of life, that includes only the ones that choose to live that way, that choose to reject the society of the spectacle, hypocrite, consumerist, discriminationg, superficial, threatening and at the same time promising.

Anarchy is not an ideal that we want to reach by tonight. Anarchy will not even include you if you are so afraid of it. Anarchy is not the war of everyone against everyone. The Government is.

Shouldn’t a fear of politicians be more justified? What have the anarchists ever done to you? Nothing. What have the politicians done to you? More then enough. Who celebrates the national day with tanks? The government! Who goes to war in Afghanistan, Irak, Palestina? The Government! Who robs you systematically through taxes, while not paying pensions and wages? The Government! Who are you afraid of? The Anarchists. Incredible!

They act violent, you say, and you don’t like that. The snobs and burgeois in the Parliament, aren’t they violent? Their clothes, their cars, their houses, their holidays, compared to your miserable life, aren’t they a form of violence? Or do you call violence only the throwing of a rock and the writing on a wall; hunger, disease, unemployment, enprisonment, war, crisis – created and sustained by the government – not being forms of violence but only “inevitable things”, “necessary bad things”. Who are the violent ones? The ones that defend themselves, or the ones that attack? If the governants decide to attack in order to maintain their social, financial status, moreover, to even increse this status, and they decide to attack brutally, how is then the anarchist going to defend him/herself? The anarchist is not a christian, he is an atheist, he will not turn the other cheek, he will give in return a clenched fist!

The world is not surprised by the fact that anarchists destroy banks and cars, but by the fact that they are not authorised to do so! If the state confiscates a car, for whatever reason, then there’s nothing wrong – everythings happens withing the law, with authorization.

But if the anarchist destroys a car, therefor “temporarily confiscates” it, from other whatever reasons, then it is a terrorist act.

In both cases, a person is deprived of its car, but in only one of these cases, the one that destroys the car has an authorization to do so. The state acts on the basis of an abstraction – the law – which proves everyday its incapacity to offer well being to everyone that respects it, while anarchists act on the basis of their own courage, without subduing anyone, without bowing down to anyone and without pretending to be able to offer well being to everyone. Of course, the anarchists will never destroy the private property of the regular human being, but only the capitalist property, the ostentatios capitalist and exploitative property.

Keep on singing “Desteapta-te romane” (the national anthem, which literally means, “Wake up, Romanian”), because you sing “good”! You’ve been singing it for 20 years and apparently no one has woken up and no one has realised that the answer is not in the anthem but in every person, in their direct action, in their rejection of state intervention in their private lives and by private intervention in the life of the state. Many are now hit by a wave of anti-communism and patriotism, without realising that they are replacing an evil with another evil. “Down with the communism” they shouted a few days ago! And up with what? Not democracy, since we’ve seen that it doesn’t exist. The jungle economy, also known as capitalism, is already up. So what do we put in the place of Communism? Nationalism, Fascism? Xenophobia? Racial hate? Anti-magyarism? Anti-roma people-ism? Antisemitism? Sexism? Homophobia? Legionarism? If so, then you wouldn’t be going back 20 years in time, but almost a century or even more! What about anarchy? Well, anarchy is not for putting up, anarchy is for living.

With a hope that the distribution of this communique will not be repressed by the militia state in which we live, some further manifests will be distributed soon.

"Un stăpân, orice ar face şi oricât de liberal ar vrea să se arate, n-ar rămâne mai puţin decât un stăpân întotdeauna, iar existenţa sa implică, în mod obligatoriu, sclavia a tot ceea ce se găseşte sub el."


Noi atacuri asupra spiritului critic din partea acestor stăpani, pe care nu-i legitimează decât o ştampilă – o pată de tuş pe o bucată de hârtie - au loc în permanenţă, din momentul în care ţi-ai părăsit apartamentul până te reîntorci, culminând cu invazia propriului apartament, din momentul în care deschizi televizorul şi până îl scoţi din priză.

Nimic nu este acum mai nociv, subtil, cancerigen, ca această invazie, atât a spaţiului privat cât şi a spaţiului public. Furtul se petrece sub ochii noştri, ai indivizilor cărora li s-au dat destule motive de îngrijorare – rata la bancă, întreţinerea, taxa la facultate, impozitul, pandemiile, criza, terorismul – pentru a-şi atrofia orice formă de scepticism, de îndoială, de atitudine critică, îndreptată împotriva celor care, sub pretextul administrării “afacerilor publice”, sfârşesc în a-şi gestiona cu succes afacerile private. Acest furt, nu numai că se petrece în imediata noastră apropiere, dar fără o iniţiativă individuală care să exprime dezacordul, protestul, indignarea, mânia celui căruia i s-a furat portofelul cu ultimii bani de mâncare, va fi în totalitate susţinut şi întreţinut de ignoranţa, indiferenţa şi pasivitatea noastră.

Cu asemenea guverne cărora nu le putem atribui niciun succes, decât “succesul” de a fi creat o armată de şomeri, o gloată de adolescenţi inculţi şi obezi, o majoritate populară care practică ostentativ snobismul şi ipocrizia, viaţa noastră, a tuturor, a fost strangulată, înnecată, asfixiată, intoxicată. Subzistenţa este acum numită viaţă!

Spaţiul public a devenit spaţiul autorităţilor, spaţiul marilor companii, al încarcerării animalelor în scopuri “profitabile”. De ce individul de rând este supravegheat prin intermediul camerelor video? Nu mai degrabă “oficialităţile”, “aleşii noştri”, “slujitorii poporului” ar trebui supravegheaţi cu atenţie de indivizii de rând? De ce acceptăm ca traseul nostru cotidian, până la servici şi înapoi în apartament, să fie observat, controlat, exploatat? De ce acceptam ca relaţiile noastre sociale să nu mai aibă nimic intim, nimic personal? Telefoanele cui ar trebui ascultate? Ale indivizilor sau ale politicienilor? Mesajele cui ar trebui să apară în “spaţiul public? Mesajele marilor corporaţii care nu te îndeamnă decât la consum, care nu îţi creează decât nevoi neavând niciodată intenţia de a le satisface, ci doar de a le întreţine? Sau mesajele care exprimă nevoile, indignarea şi problemele indivizilor?

Dacă o corporaţie “plăteşte” pentru a-şi expune în mod vulgar marfa în spaţiul public, acest fapt este catalogat ca fiind “publicitate”, dar dacă tu laşi acest comunicat în sfera spaţiului public, acest fapt nu este catalogat ca fiind act de resuscitare a spiritului critic sau de dezobedienţă civică, ci ca fiind un fabricant de gunoi. Acest comunicat doreşte ca fiecare individ să conştientizeze puterea de care dispune şi să realizeze faptul că poate opune rezistenţă tuturor hotărârilor autoritare care contravin drepturilor şi libertăţilor sale.

Ţara în care numărul somerilor creşte în fiecare zi, cei care sunt nevoiţi să restituie apartamentele cumpărate prin credite sunt din ce în ce mai mulţi, parcul auto care primeşte maşinile cumpărate prin leasing şi ale căror proprietari nu le mai pot plăti devine din ce în ce mai spaţios – ţara în care toţi aşteaptă! Toţi aşteaptă o schimbare, dar nimeni nu face nimic pentru ca acea schimbare să aibă loc cât mai curând!
În loc să profităm de ziua liberă de 1 mai pentru a protesta, pentru a ne cere locurile de muncă înapoi, pentru a ne cere drepturile şi libertăţile înapoi, pentru a nu mai suporta acest chin, unii dintre noi s-au umilit pentru câţiva mici şi o bere ş i-au servit încă o dată pe aceşti stăpâni, iar alţii au apelat iar la indiferenţa lor şi au “sărbătorit” lângă grătar! Dar ce să pui pe grătar? Dar este vremea de sărbătorit?

Fă ceva! Circul electoral – şi nu numai – ar trebui să fie preocuparea noastră? Chiar nu avem nimic mai bun de făcut ? Ar trebui să devină problema lor reală, atunci când vor vedea că nimeni – în afara lor, căci sunt doar niste circari, şi nimic mai mult! – nu le mai înghite “pâinea” pe care o aruncă o dată la caţiva ani!

În ’89 am schimbat o tiranie cu alta, un sistem criminal cu un altul, la fel de criminal. După ce am suportat aşa-zişii comunişti, care ne-au demolat casele şi ne-au obligat să ne mutăm la bloc, să trăim înghesuiţi în apartamente, precum animalele în cuşti, acum, noile javre capitaliste, îşi permit să ne dea afară şi din aceste apartamente amărâte, în care am rămas. Ne obligă din nou să ne părăsim prietenii şi vecinii de o viaţa!

În acelaşi timp, moştenitorilor bogaţi, Statul le dă înapoi palatele, pământurile şi pădurile, unde noi nu vom mai putea pune piciorul niciodată. Tot Statul este cel care ne dă afară din apartamente pentru că nu putem plăti o blestemată de întreţinere! Au mărit preţurile la nivel “european”, dar salariile au rămas la fel. Abia reuşim să ne cumpărăm alimentele necesare, iar ei au tupeul să ne oblige să plătim întreţinerea!

Când vom înţelege că toţi politicienii, indiferent de culoarea lor politică, nu sunt decât nişte tâlhari care ne jefuiesc legal? Când vom înţelege că, doar uniţi şi ajutându-ne între noi, vom putea opri această ticăloşie, această mizerie şi acest circ? Când vom înţelege că nimic nu se va schimba, dacă preferăm să mergem la vot doar ca să le asigurăm lor viitorul?

“A master, whatever he might do and however liberal he would like to be seen, would not be less of a master always, and his existence implies compulsory slavery of everything that is underneath him.”

New attacks on critical spirit from these masters, that are not authorised by anything except a stamp – an ink stain on a piece of paper – take place continuously, from the moment you leave your apartment and until you come back, culminating with the invasion of your own home, from the moment you turn the tv on and until you unplug it.

Nothing is now more harmful, subtle, cancerous, like this invasion, both of the private space and of the public space. The theft happens right under our eyes, the eyes of individuals that were given enough reasons to worry about – bank installments, rent, faculty fees, taxes, pandemics, crisis, terrorism – in order to destroy any form of scepticism, of doubt, of critical attitude, directed towards those that, under the pretext of administrating “public affairs”, end up successfully administrating their own private bussinesses. The problem with this theft is not that it happens right near us, but that without an individual initiative to express disapprovement, protest, indignation, anger of those that got robbed of their wallets with the last money to buy food, it will be completely supported and sustained by our ignorance, indifference and pasivity.

With such goverments to which we cannot attribute any successes, other then the “success” of creating an army of unemployed individuals, a whole lot of illiterate and obese adolescents, a popular majority that ostentatively practices snobism and hypocrysy, our life, everyones life has been stranguled, drawned, asfixiated, intoxicated. Subzistence is now called life!

Public space has become the space of the authorities, the space of the big companies, the space of caging animals in “profitable” purposes. Why is the regular individual watched by video cameras? Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Shouldn’t the “oficials”, “our chosen ones”, “the servants of the people” be watched carefully by regular individuals? Why do we accept that our regular route, to work and back be surveilled, controlled, exploited? Why do we accept that our social relationship be emptied of everything intimate and personal? Whose phones should be tapped? Of the individuals or of the politicians? Whose messages should appear in the “public space”? The messages of the big corporations that push you to consume, that create needs, never having the intention to satisfy those needs but only to sustain them? Or the messages that express the needs and the problems of the individuals?

If a corporation “pays” to grossly expose its merchandise in the public space, this thing is called “advertising”, but if you leave this communique in the public space sphere, it will not be considered an act of resuscitation of critical spirit or civil disobediance, but as an act of littering. This communique wishes that every individual realizes the power he has and the fact that he can resist all authoritarian decisions that contravene to his rights and liberties.

The country in which the number of unemployed individuals rises each day, the ones who are forced to give back their apartments bought through credits are more and more, the auto-park that gets the cars bought in leasing and whose owners no longer have the money to pay for them gets larger and larger – the country in which everyone is waiting! Everyone is waiting for a change, but no one does anything for that change to happen as soon as possible!

Instead of taking advantage of the 1^st of May free day in order to protest, to ask for our jobs back, to demand our right and liberties back, to not accept the burdens imposed on us anymore, some of us have humiliated themselves for some grilled minced meat rolls and some beer and have served yet again, these masters, while others were as indifferent as always by “celebrating” with a barbeque! But is there to barbaque? But is it time to celebrate?

Do domething! Should the election circus – and not only – be our issue? Do we really don’t have anything else better to do? It should become their real problem when they’ll see that no one, except them, because they are only clowns and nothing more, will swallow the bread they throw once in a couple of years.

In ’89 we changed a tyrany with another, a criminal system with another, as criminal as the first. After we had to put up with the so called comunists, that demolished our houses and made us move in crowded blocks of flats, like animals in cages, now, the new capitalist swines, have the guts to throw us out even from these apartments. They again force us to leave our friends and lifetime neighbours.

At the same time, to the rich successors, the state gives back the palaces, the lands and the forests, where we will never set foot again. The state also throws us out of our apartments because we can’t afford to pay a bloody rent! They have raised the prices to a “european” standard, but the salaries remained the same. We can barely afford to buy the necessary food to live and they have the guts to ask us for rent!

When will we understand that all politicians, no matter their political colour, are nothing but thieves that rob us legally? When will we understand that, only united and with solidarity among ourselves will we be able to stop this misery and circus? When will we understand that nothing will change if we preffer to vote just to insure their safe future?
