"Ori faci parte din problemă, ori faci parte din soluție. Nu este nimic la mijloc. Toata porcăria a fost examinată și cercetată deja pe toate părțile. Sunt de părere că majoritatea lucrurilor din țara asta nu mai au nevoie de nici un studiu, de nici o analiză."
Nu mai este loc de discursuri temperate, moderate, teoretico-demonstrative, specifice democraților, specifice politicienilor de duzină. Nu mai trebuie să ne ferim să ne declaram valorile, să spunem mai departe ceea ce credem despre societatea de astăzi.
Libertatea de exprimare a devenit un alt mijloc prin care suntem îndoctrinați, limitați, legați la ochi, călcați în picioare, "asigurați" că totul este în ordine. Și așa este! Totul este în ordine, pentru că scopul suprem al statului e ordinea, ordonarea vieții fiecăruia culminând cu ordonarea vieților tuturor, alinierea tuturor în fața unor termeni strict impuși, ordonarea tuturor aspectelor intime și publice, ordonarea tuturor curentelor de gândire, muzică, artă, religie.
Rezultatul îl avem pregătit de fiecare dată când ne trezim din somn: dezordinea socială, dezordinea mintală, conștientizarea dramatică a legii mitei ca lege fundamentală înlocuind Constituția, conștientizarea superficialității instituțiilor statului, învățământului, bisericilor înalte cu altare aurite de ale căror pereți se sprijină boschetarii, muritorii de foame, oamenii de rând, și toți cei care suferă direct de pe urma acestui sistem.
Nici o speranță, nici o rugăminte, nici o dreptate nu mai trebuie căutată în nici o biserică, în nici o secție de poliție, în nici un tribunal, în nici o primărie, în nici un institut de sondare și analiză, în nici un trust d e presa, în nici un stat. Toate sunt corupte! Singurii care mai pot face ceva suntem noi. Fiecare dintre noi. Noi indivizii! Noi oamenii, nu noi cetățenii. Statul e cea mai mare casă de amanet, în care tu plătești, cotizezi din greu, în schimbul "cetățeniei", adică în schimbul a nimic. De fapt, cumperi garanția că susții un sistem corupt și că ești jefuit sistematic, lunar, zi de zi.
Protestul individual prin refuzul de a coopera cu superficialitatea statală este prima mișcare în acest sens. Autoguvernarea nu este o utopie. A fost demonstrată în Spania timp de 3 ani până la înnăbușirea sa sub dictatura statului (1936-1939), a fost demonstrată ani la rând și în Argentina în timpul crizei din 2003, și poate fi demonstrată zilnic prin preluarea tuturor atribuțiilor oligarhilor, burghezilor, patronilor, de către indivizi.
Iar acum, statul nefiind îndeajuns pentru a controla, minți, corupe, fura, schilodi, mutila, se încearcă subtil construirea suprastatului: Uniunea Europeană. Simplul fapt că România de azi, pe care o cunoaștem cu toții, este un membru al UE trebuie să ne dea de gândit. De ce ar avea nevoie UE de un stat ca România?
Un răspuns ar fi pentru că apartenența la uniune se plătește, și se plătește scump. Cazul anului 2008 este exemplar, an în care România a plătit cotizația UE, și a plătit-o scump, iar în schimb nu a primit absolut nicio finanțare.
Asta sună a neocolonialism, asta este neocolonialism!
Neocolonialismu l unor state puternice care au creat o uniune, pentru al cărei parlament candidează (și sunt susținute de Berlusconi), fete de 20-29 de ani, care nu au în spate decât o "carieră" în modelling, în pozat nud, în apariții prin telenovele, în luat mese cu diferite oficialități italiene. Lipsite de orice formă de competență politică, de orice pregătire pentru a "servi poporul", lipsite de orice formă de moralitate, cum pot acestea reprezenta o țară? Și cum poate UE, cu pretențiile ei, să accepte asemenea membri? Însă acesta nu este atac la adresa Italiei, acesta este un atac îndreptat către toate formele de imbecilitate parlamentară. România își va trimite în curând candidați asemănători, în același parlament care pretinde a exista "în folosul dumneavoastră". Desigur, România își va tri mite astfel de candidați doar dacă dumneavoastră îi veți vota!
Cum putem noi să susținem o astfel de Uniune Europeană? O uniune ale cărei state membre sunt precursoarele democrației cu tancul în toate colțurile lumii? Un stat ca România are fonduri pentru a suplime nta cu până la 150 de soldați un război în Afghanistan? Democrația parlamentară nu este compatibilă cu pacifismul, democrația parlamentară este cel mai mârșav, parșiv, subversiv, de temut dușman al păcii. Democrația parlamentară este mijlocul cel mai util de a asigura stabilitate acțiunilor imperialiste.
Cum putem noi sp rijini o uniune în care unul dintre statele membre, Polonia, cenzurează imaginile lui Che Guevara, Lenin sau Troțki? Însă și Polonia este un stat! Cenzurează, trasează linii, întemnițează doar la apariția imaginii lui Che, doar la apariția imaginii unui individ care nu a luptat pentru eliberarea sa (el nefiind cetățean cubanez), ci a luptat pentru eliminarea injustiției și exploatării dintr-un stat oligarhic precum Cuba anilor '50! Che a părăsit statul cubanez la câțiva ani după revoluție, nu s-a proclamat dictator, nu și-a construit un partid unic, nu a trăit de pe urma nici unui impozit. Dar, un asem enea individ încă mai îngrozește orice reprezentant al statului. Un asemenea individ nu mai trebuie să fie considerat geniu al războiului de guerillă, revoluționar, desăvârșit ci trebuie pictat precum un terorist, un criminal - acestea fiind singurele culori pe care le poate folosi statul, singurele căci cu acestea este pictat el însuși; nu cunoaște alte culori.
Cum putem noi să sprijinim o uniune care vizionează pasiv genocidul din Gaza? Genocid care a fost mascat de către autoritățile israeliene, ca fiind un război ce respectă orice lege internațională! Așadar pentru aceasta avem nevoie de legi - pentru a ne autoriza crimele, injustițiile, violurile, jafurile! Cum putem noi spijini un stat ca România, care susține o astfel de uniune?
Singurii care slujesc umanitatea sunt cei care nu obțin nici un profit de pe urma acestui serviciu. Orice profit obținut în urma unui serviciu aflat în "slujirea poporului" este dovada imoralității statului, a incoerenț ei și inconsecvenței sale, a tuturor crimelor și furturilor de care se face vinovat.
În speranța că acțiunea de distribuire a acestui comunicat nu va fi înnăbușită de către statul milițienesc în care trăim, alte manifeste vor fi distribuite în curând.

“You are either a part of the problem or a part of the solution. There is nothing in between. All the crap has been examined and researched already on every side. I believe that most things in this country don’t need any study or any analysis anymore.”
There is no more place for tempered, moderate, theoretical-prooving speeches, specific to democrats, specific to a dime a dozen politicians. We must not avoid declaring our values, telling what we believe about our society nowadays.
Freedom of speech has become another means through which we are indoctrinated, limited, through which we have our eyes tied, and through which we are crushed, with the “insurance” that everything is allright. And so it is! Everything is allright, because the supreme purpose of the state is order, ordering the lives of anyone, culminating with ordering the lives of everyone, aligning everyone in front of strictly imposed terms, ordering both intimate and public aspects, ordering all currents of thought, music, art, religion.
We have the outcome ready everytime we wake up in the morning: social disorder, mental disorder, dramatic awareness of bribe law as fundamental law instead of the Constitution, awareness of the superficiality of the state’s institutions, of the educational system, of the tall churches with golden altars, on the walls of which poor people, hungry people and everyone that suffers from this system cruch upon.
No hope, no prayer, no justice can no loger be searched in no church, in no police station, in no court, in no mayor’s office, in no analysis institute, in no press trust, in no state. They are all corupt! The only ones that can still do somethins are us. Each and every one of us. Us as individuals! We as people, not as citizens. The state is the biggest pawn shop, in which you pay hard, in exchange for your “citizenship”, meaning nothing. You are actually buying the guarantee that you are
Individual protest by refusing to cooperate with the state superficiality is the first move in this direction. Self-governing is not an utopia. It has been proven in Spain for 3 years until its repression under the dictatorship of the state (1936-1939), it has also been proven for some years in Argentina during the 2003 crisis, and can be proven daily by taking over all the attributions of the oligarchs, the burgeois, the employers, by the individuals.
And now, the state, not being enough to control minds, to corupt, steal, mutilate, they are subtlely trying to build a superstate: The European Union. The simple fact the Romania today, that we all know, is a member of the EU, should raise us some questions. Why would the EU need a state like Romania? An answer could be that the EU membership is paid, and paid heavily actually. The case of the year 2008 is exemplary, year in which Romania paid the huge EU cotization and did not get any financing in exchange.
This sounds like neo-colonialism, this is neo-colonialism!
The neo-colonialism of powerful states that created a union, for whos parliament, girls of 20 to 29 years old apply (and are supported by Berlusconi), who do not have as a background anything but a modelling career, posing nude, movie aparitions or other casual happenings on the italian political scene. Lacking any sort of political competence, any sort of training to “serve the people”, any sort of morality, how can they represent a country? And how can the EU, with its high standards, accept such members? But this is not an attack on Italy, this is an attack on all forms of political stupidity. Romania is soon going to send similar candidates, in the same parliament that pretends to exist “for your own good”.
Of course, Romania is going to send such candidates only if you are going to vote for them!
How can we support such a European Union? A union whos member states are the forerunners of the tank democracy all over the world? Does a state like Romania have funds for an additional 150 soldiers to be sent in the war in Afghanistan? The parliamentary democracy is not compatible with pacifism, the parliamentary democracry is the most villainos, perverse, subversive and feared enemy of peace. Parliamentary democracy is the most useful means of assuring stability to imperialist actions.
How can we support an union in which one of the member states, Poland, applies censorship to the images of Che Guevara, Lenin or Trotky? However, Poland is also a state! It censures, draws lines, enprisons only at the sight of Che’s image, only at the sight of the image of an individual that did not fight for his own liberation (since he wasn’t a cuban citizen), but fought for elimination of injustice and exploitation from an oligarhic state like Cuba in the ‘50s! Che left the Cuban state some years after the revolution, did not proclaim himself dictator, did not build a unique party, did not live off of any taxes. But such an individual apparently still terrifies any representative of the state. Such an individual must no longer be considered a genius of guerrila war, an exceptional revolutionary, but must be painted as a terrorist, as a murderer – these being the only colours that the state can use since it itself is painted in the same colours; it does not know of any other colours except terror and murder.
How can we support a union that passively watches the Gaza genocide? Genocide that has been masked by the israeli authorities, like being a war that respects any international law. So this is what we need laws for – to authorise our crimes, injustices, rapes etc! How can we support a state like Romania, that supports such a union?
The only ones that are in the service of humanity are those who do not get any profit out of it. Any profit obtained from a service of “servicing the people” is proof of the imorality of the state, of its incoherence and inconsecvence, of all the crimes and thefts it is guilty of.
With a hope that the distribution of this communique will not be repressed by the militia state in which we live, some further manifests will be distributed soon.
